Needhams Leaf & Lawn Services LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, seasonal cleanup, lakefront property services, snow removal, and related services for residential and commercial properties throughout our service area in Southwest Michigan. Services are subject to availability, property location, weather conditions, and the terms of any applicable proposal or service agreement.

2. Estimates and Payments

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may be subject to change following a site visit, further property evaluation, changes in requested services, or other relevant conditions.

Pricing, payment terms, due dates, processing fees, late fees, and other applicable charges will be stated on the applicable proposal, service agreement, or invoice.

We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or discontinue services for past-due accounts or nonpayment, subject to any applicable agreement.

3. Cancellations and Scheduling

Service schedules may be affected by weather, property conditions, equipment availability, seasonal demand, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to perform services as scheduled but cannot guarantee exact service dates or times unless specifically agreed in writing.

Requests to change or cancel scheduled services should be made as soon as possible. Cancellation terms or charges, if applicable, will be governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and requested services, providing reasonable access to areas where work is to be performed, and notifying us of known hazards, obstacles, underground systems, property restrictions, or other conditions that may affect the work.

Additional customer responsibilities may be included in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or used with permission by Needhams Leaf & Lawn Services LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
